A qualified and professional counsellor my personal and work ethics tell me "first do no harm". I have studied extensively, equally have extensive experience more than 20 years supporting other suffering with their Mental Health and emotional distress and overwhelm. 

I have worked and volunteered in several charities including Cruse Bereavement Care, Doncaster  Alcohol Service (DAS), Victim Support and Shaw Trust Children's Centre, gaining experience to a depth and breadth of  what concerns people and how to support  them and you to heal and grow from life difficulties and challenges.
 
Currently working and for the past7years beginning as a volunteer and employed for the past six years within a Children's Hospice.- Supporting families enduring the toughest of times.
